Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie

I just made this today, and it has got to be the most incredible smoothie I have ever made! Here are the ingredients I included, but they could be modified to suit your particular tastes:

1/2 cup dark chocolate silken tofu
1/4 cup dry oats
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp ground flax seed (for a boost of Omega 3)
3 ice cubes

Blend it all together. That's all there is to it. In spite of the tofu, it does not have a strong soy taste. Starting with the dark chocolate tofu base opens up a world of possibilities, especially if you can't tolerate milk.
